As an educator my ultimate goal is to prepare each individual to reach their full intellectual level, to create an environment that is inclusive, multicultural, and reflects the community.  I want all students to build respect and value themselves and others who in the end become life-long learners.  I want to continue being the teacher who motivate, inspire, support, and encourage all students.  I will make my teaching safe, secure, and a loving environment.
